This is my pet regular pet store. I breed finches and have a hand reared kakariki. I get my products from here and always love visiting the store with my daughter . The staff are always helpful and friendly and I like how Pet City members get a slightly cheaper price on products. You can also bath your dogs here. Thumbs up!

They know what there doing and it’s great. There knowledge of the reptiles they work with is amazing. When I asked questions they were instantly answered not even a second of silence after my questions. There snakes and other Aussie reptiles are really healthy.

A bit pricey but the staff are Lovely ❤️ they know a Lot about pets (dogs and cats in our case) and there are some pretty good deals in store, became a member 100% good interaction

Great, attentive staff who generally remember who you are. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know something well enough they direct you to their information packets.A great selection of fish and birds for a small store, and they're always on top of restocking. I've been here many times, and will come here many more.
